App had been fine up until Thursday when I went to clock out @ 10pm. Suddenly it asks to update the app but I have already done that. As of now I can't even get into the app to schedule, clock in our out, or anything. Very frustrating! Please help! I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, turning on and off my phone...nothing works! I depend on this app for work.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Constant crashes, bugs, and failure to log in and out times. Currently, its preventing me from using it until I update, then says its updated! This has been going on since the beginning of the year, and should've been worked out. Beta testing doesn't take this long. How many taxpayer's dollars went to this absolute junk????

The app is terrible. There are tons of location errors, no ability to change the location to more than the client's home, constant bugs, fixes, and updates. There is no way to correct your time, as promised in the original training and it doesn't have the ability to track how many hours you have for the week or any way to alert you to the fact that it is time to clock in or out, so I have to use 3 separate apps to make this one work. It is a ridiculous hassle.
