I'm seriously dissapointed in this app. While it shows "searching for a cab" Another cab is already booked without my knowledge. When I try to book it again it shows high demand or network error and meanwhile 2 cabs are booked without my knowledge. So when I finally figure out what's going on, the cabs have already arrived and I've to cancel one cab. And then I've to pay the cancellation fee with no fault of my own. Ps. This has happened multiple times and it's the developer's fault

Ola's standards have dropped. I try to book a ride, the pick up and drop locations are entered properly but then as soon as the ride is confirmed it shows entirely different adress causing problems both to the drivers and us, customers. Drivers often tend to lose their cool and rage at us. This is very disappointing, do look into the issue. Also, the drivers' reason as to why this is happening is because Ola's server is down. There are also issues of double booking happening automatically.

1) This app doesn't work properly, when we book a cab/auto it shows "experiencing high demand" but in the background cab would be scheduled and we don't get intimation, unnecessarily cancellation charges will apply. 2) Next is fare, the fares are not the same when u book the cab , there will be huge difference once u complete the trip( even if the location is same/accurate)
