I used to love it and am a regular long time customer. But off late recently, there are delays in processing, are they going downside? I wish they shouldn't. Also help option is very limited and time consuming. No phone number mentioned. If your issue is not listed in there help section, then no option for us to report. Also, no place to track the previous issues raised. I left a message in chat but now there is no option to go back to it to see if there was an update from them. I wish they fix all this and continue to be very good online pharmacy app.

The app is nice. It does have most of medicines and 25% discount is even better. But the biggest problem I face is if I pay online most of the times some or the other medicine is out of stock. And they refund the amount as pharmeasy credits which is ok, but the problem is you cannot use 5% of those credits in one transaction. That's ridiculous. Either refund in my bank account or let me use those credits. I have 400 credits but I am blocked by their wallet wall.

I recently encountered an issue with receiving the wrong medication from the vendor. Anand from the Issue Resolution Team (IRT) provided exceptional assistance in resolving the issue and ensuring I received my refund quickly. I am extremely happy with the prompt and efficient resolution provided by the Pharmacy team. I highly recommend using this app for its excellent customer service and support.
