Ratings and reviews

The concept of this amp is fantastic; the reality... Not so much. Firstly, I can't even register my amp because the website won't allow me to edit the serial number field. Secondly, while they have improved the connectivity between the app and the amp, it still can take 2 or 3 tries to get the app to connect to the amp. Thirdly, it won't allow me to save recordings even though all permissions are enabled. I would invest money in a different amp system if I could start over again.

So I give it 5 because this is amazing technology for guitar players and the mini amp is amazing. There are 3 requests or ideas I have for the app that I hope the developers would consider. 1. Make a custom list in addition to the 'pop, metal, rock, etc' so we can put our favorites there. 2. Make a digital 'footpedal' so we can use our app to click on different presets right away. 3. Maybe a looper that keeps your tones and allows you to still stay connected via bluetooth?

Doesn't stay connected to the phone for more than 3 min. I can be in the middle of tuning or changing a preset & it will disconnect & refuse to reconnect. And the "backing track" feature is a joke as it really doesn't connect to Spotify or Apply & will just open a YouTube video for the song you searched for. You end up opening those apps & just playing them via Bluetooth anyway. The amp sims are fine but if the app that controls them doesn't work then what's the point? Oh and the firmware....

Fixed an issue where the guitar volume would suddenly cut out when Control X is connected to Spark 40, MINI, or GO, alongside other bug fixes and performance improvements.
