Ratings and reviews

Updating my review again, because it no longer works well. It disconnects the VPN for no discernible reason, on wifi or on mobile data, once every hour or more, then doesn't reconnect automatically. Half the time, no IP address is assigned. At least twice a day, I have to force quit and restart the app because the Connect button doesn't respond to taps. This isn't what I paid for, and I'll be looking for an alternative.

(2017)New to the app, only have been using it for a few days now. So far so good but really drains the battery if left connected even if I am not actively browsing........was liking it overall until the latest update around May 2024. Auto connected to China, app is really slow, and it dosent stay connected all the time like it used to. Fix it or at least roll it back to when it was better.

The latest update broke this app entirely. No web pages load while connected, regardless of where, and the app itself is extremely slow and unresponsive. Backing out of the Automation screen almost never works. Uninstalling, rebooting etc. fixes nothing. Automation is STILL in "beta" all these years later. PIA on its own is a decent value, but this app is genuinely awful, and always has been.
