Don't take plans with them. If you take then probably it would be worst decision ever. I had submitted opd bills all at once. Now for the first time I got only partial reimbursement for few selected bills. When I asked them for the reason they told you need to submit consultation, medicines, reports saperately. Now ok. I submitted remaining bills and everything. But still few of them they were able to understand and others then just cancelled without valid reasons!! Worst app and support team!!

I purchased a plan for my mother, which you subsequently canceled. Despite the initial indication that I would receive a refund, I have not received a single update or the refund itself.I have reached out to your customer care via email numerous times—hundreds of times, in fact—and have yet to receive a single response. This lack of accountability and communication is completely unacceptable and is a fraudulent act. I urge anyone reading this to think twice before purchasing any plans.

it's a fraud!! after purchasing one year premium plan. not able to get any reimbursement of consultation fee, or anything. not answering calls. and not replying to any emails. trying to connect since last 2 months. but not getting response. I have lost my 12 k with them. don't buy
