I had the worst experience when I visited the branch, and now I'm having an even worse experience using this app. First, it keeps crashing whether I'm using a VPN or not. After finally logging in after multiple attempts, it sends an OTP for the debit card, and that’s where it stops. The app fails to fulfill its primary purpose. When I enter the OTP, it keeps showing 'internal server error.' Honestly, this app is just a waste of time and completely useless.

whats wrong with this app... since the start of august i have been trying for the "debit card request" and this app keeps on crashing... seems like its none of use because no changes have been made uptil now ... the complete month is over in a wait ... it seems like we need to visit the branch now ,, because the requirements are not fulfilled by this app ... kindly improve and resolve the issues !!

Hello Team, I wanted to express my concern about the mandatory access to personal information, such as photos and videos, required by this app. I’ve installed two other banking apps on my phone, and neither of them made these permissions mandatory—they were optional. However, this app insists on accessing my photos and videos, which I find unnecessary and concerning. Because of this, I’ve decided not to install the app due to security concerns. Thank you.
