Very bad experience to use this app. I logged in only a single time but after changing my password I am unable to log in. A pop up window with different messages appeared. Some time it say to "setup your profile to this mobile." Some time " your account/password incorrect". I tried my best but nothing works. Even, I can't access to my account through browser Netbanking. Access denied page appeared for my each attempt. Is there anyone who can help me?
What a shame. A known bank cant even have professionals to look after it's app and trace feedback. It keeps on crashing after the new " terms and conditions" clause addition. Do some work to fix the app.
Many time i try to explain my problem on UBL digital application but no one help me I have many balls in my app gets crash on touch in multiple option like pay or other one ... No one help me !!!
The last couple of updates broke the app. During login it stays at the login page while I get a notification through SMS that I have logged in.
I have a problem when I logged in first time and the 2nd time this message appears """please register your profile on this phone to use the digital app"" I have installed and uninstall the app many times but after installation 1 time I logged in and 2nd time again the upper message appears please sort out my issue
I am using "UBL App" for last 2 to 3 year and I am very much satisfied with UBL services. updated "UBL Digital App" made banking simpler for me. now I can say "My Banking is on my fingertips". :) Well Done UBL Team. (Y)
