MY SPACES
The mobile application provides me with two browsing spaces:
- A public space: I can access it without authentication and use a set of convenient services (geolocation of a Société Générale agency, viewing useful contacts…)
- My secured area: I simply activate my account to securely access it and benefit from all features related to my bank account management. I can view my accounts and cards, make transfer, send money to my relatives…

MY SERVICES
The mobile application offers me several services:
- Quick and secured connection to my accounts with fingerprint,
- Check the balance and history of my accounts, cards and loans,
- Make transfers between my own accounts or to third part beneficiaries in Morocco,
- Recharge my prepaid cards,
- Make a cash provision from my phone, that a beneficiary (a Société Générale customer or non-customer) can withdraw card-free from any Société Générale ATM in Morocco,
- Pay my water and electricity bills and my phone recharges,
- Download my Basic Bank Account Number (BBAN) and bank statements,
- Order a checkbook.

About the application use authorizations
Location: this application requires the authorization to use your location data to locate Société Générale agencies and ATMs.
Personal data: the application uses your banking username to recover your accounts and help you access the application features.
Photo/Multimedia/Files: the application requests access to the files on your phone to save files such as the Basic Bank Account Number (BBAN) and statements
Telephone identifier and telephone number: the application requests access to the phone information, including the telephone number to identify it.

The UI is way better than the old version's, but functionalities are worse, the ID "identifiant" stays in plaintext without hiding the four first numbers as the older one does, which could end up being exposed to others, also when closing the app the session stays on, so to end the session before closing the app you need each time to log out "déconnexion".

Last update was better grafics wise, but fonctionality it's worst. The automatic log-off doesnt need to pop-up on your phone and stop you when you are on an another app. I cannot seem to be able to recharge my e-card anymore. I don't want to type in my username everythime I need to log-in, even with the option "se souvenir de moi" the app forgets. Is it so hard to have a basic functionality that gives you statistics about your spendings. This is an amateur coding.. plain and simple.

an online option is supposed to make things easier .this app and the website managed to do the opposite apart from using the cheapest server when you manage to log in you cant do anything , you only have access to your name , rib and an unoptimized account balance ,it's unbelievable that i have to drive 14km to my agency in middle of the city every time i want something to be done . "update" it's even worse now i can't even login or recover my identification code , that's it for me.
