I created an account, but unfortunately bad experience. it started with verification first I waited a long time before I received a call. then waiting to receive that card for eternity, I didn't receive it. got in touch with the support several times, and I give up. they tried to reach me later on but I don't want to respond I simply deleted the app send them a message and leave. this doesn't mean that the platform is not good but sometimes things do not go well with some customers

Preliminary rating is not satisfactory, one week passed since I registered, no status update, just a vague message in the app that the account opening is in progress and someone will call me. Why call if this is 100% online? If it takes that long to review an opening request, how long will a standard service take?
