in case of Refund from online payments the app totally fails, when online payment is done i see (- 400DH) but when refund is done by the online company the app suddenly swallows that payment. no (- 400dh ) no (+400dh) the paymemt is just disappeared in history, its now 15 days after refund and i don't get my money back !!! i sent a complaint no response, i called support agents they keep saying generic words like i am talking to AI . this is a big issue that should be fixed !!

There's been a problem logging in since yesterday. It keeps saying there's an internet connection issue, but my internet is working fine. Everything else works except the app. This isn't the first time this has happened.

overall the application is fine but needs a lot of improvments, it's always lagging and I have to exit and enter the app again for it to respond and it does not response live you'll have to exit to see the state changing of a request or so. also why the recent transactions are limited ? I want to see all the transactions of my account not just a partial.
