Tell Me is a Text To Speech app which reads any text you type! it currently features:

Permissions:
Storage and Photos/Media/Files Permission – Only used to see your saved Text To Speech files as well as play and delete them.

Other, Modify system settings Permission – Only ever used to set your selected Text To Speech file as a ringtone, notification or alarm sound.

I just had surgery on my vocal cords, and I was using another text to speech app. My hubby downloaded this one, literally while I was in recovery, to communicate with because I didn't have my phone. I loved the simplicity of the app and the voice was clean and pronunciation was excellent. So much so that once I had my phone back I deleted the other app and downloaded this one immediately. Dr's orders are NO talking, whispering or even coughing for 3 days so this app is my saving grace. Thanks!

i was trying and failing for a while to find a good app. im mute and was looking for a tts reader to communicate with, but all the apps i could find were full of ads, paid features and over the-top-customization. and then i found this app. it has everything it needs and nothing more. it's simple, easy and quick to use, and involves no ads or paid features. it's exactly what i was looking for and works wonderfully for what i need. i absolutely recommend this app

This app is a life saver! Seriously! I have a severe food allergy which can turn life-threatening without warning. As I lose the ability to talk quickly during a reaction, I can open this app and tap multiple saved phrases to assist those around me to get the help I need. Thank you for this amazing app!!
