update: these guys are a fraud! I couldn't tell you how many times I've made it to the end of surveys only to get 'disqualified' after spending 10 up to 16 minutes in the survey. waste of time. Now after finally getting up to enough points to cash out it says something went wrong try again. A week after emailing support they tell me the only thing that can be done is uninstall and reinstall. Done that and now I can't log back into my account at all on the app or website. Literally days wasted.

I absolutely love this APP!! The cash outs are very fast, if you follow the directions, I am not sure what everyone is complaining about, I do not hardly have any issues, but once in a while, with technology that's to be expected, nothing is straight in line, you just have to work with it. And have some patience, when a survey gets terminated, yes it's exhausting..but you have to remember, technology is great, but its not 100%! I enjoy doing a survey before work! Ty surveypop!

I just completed surveys on the app. The email address that I put in for the cashout was a different from the registered on. Still, they stated that it would take one to two business days to complete. It's been two business days and no cashout. I contacted customer service and they responded stating that they're making that my email address is good. I will never play Survey Pop, Survey Spin or Survey Magic since they're all connected anymore. I've never had these many problems before. Just wrong
