The app is getting buggier and buggier these days and too many notifications are false alarms. The questions seem to be getting longer, too. But it's still better than many competing apps, which tend to pay out at far worse rates. Also, support is TERRIBLE. For many months I was not able to login and support was not only useless, but pretty much gave up trying to help me immediately. Turns out the issue was being on an older version of Android, as it is working again on my new phone and A16.

amazing app and great for casual money, but horrible UX with constant issues loading, sometimes will go over a day where it just won't get past the loading screen even if cache is cleared and you wait for 20+ mins and then you lose your streak. very, very slow and glitchy. sometimes I'll complete a more lengthy pulse and it won't even go through so i just give up/lose reward. very grateful for it nonetheless, just wish issues could be fixed especially after over a year of the same trouble.

Streaks will be erased without your knowledge even if you answer questions. I click on an incoming pulse survey immediately and it says it's closed. It's suspicious. No one is closing the survey the very second it opens.I will give the a stars back when this stops. Instead of shifting the blame, address it , then fix it. Most pulses happen about 7-9am my time when I am busy instead of in the middle of the day or evening which would be more convenient. Another star docked until that is fixed.
