Major glitching issue when trying to sign into the app. The app starts flashing and makes my phone go crazy until finally crashing out 30 seconds later. Ive tried to uninstall and then redownload a few days later and still same issue. I emailed support a week ago for help in hopes to fix this but still no reply. Strangely enough I was only about $2 away from cashing out. 🤔🤔 Seems like yet another bug they need to fix here. I know others having this issue too who just gave up and deleted it.

I love this app for the fact that surveys are quick, easy, sometimes fun, and actually do pay. I really don't like the pay limit of $20 per month which is why it's 4 stars, but the team is responsive and nice. When I had a login issue with an update they were quick to respond which fixed it. Thanks for that! If the pay limit is fixed, I'll be happy to rate 5 stars as the app is otherwise awesome.

The app itself is fine, but the customer service is severely lacking. I've been trying to get in touch with someone about my paid pulses not paying, but they'd rather ghost me than solve the problem. Edit: I spoke out of frustration and hastiness, but OnePulse came through for me and credited my account. It was actually my first time having to contact them with an issue (some kind of error with the app) and they handled it well.
