Missing a lot of functionality, but it works okay I guess. Any customization I've done in the web version does not translate to the app. Does not show my custom password categories, my custom ticket queues, and the knowledge base passwords are not labeled correctly, very difficult to find what I'm looking for because it lists passwords by a vague entry rather than the actual password name.

Still missing the timer notification, and it seems to log me out after about every 5 minutes, even when the timer is running, which should imply that I'm on a job. Fingerprint authentication doesn't work anymore for some reason, and I can't seem to get it to work, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app It's a real pain to have to type in my password and the two-factor authentication code just about every time I go back to the app, to make notes for the job I'm working on!

The app has gotten considerably better! It would crash on opening before now it opens right in. Much easier to see buttons, workflow is much smoother. EDIT - 17mo. Later Still a great app! Does not save login info all the time. Sometimes, even with a fingerprint login, I need to enter creds. I also noticed today that the time zone is not your local time zone. Messed me up on an appointment time. Still a solid 4 stars!
