Was functioning before. Update for enhanced security seems to make it unusable. Says fingerprint reader is not on my device: note 20 ultra. And oh yeah, the "remember me" option is supposed to REMEMBER my login details. At the very least it should remember my username/login. But it doesn't even remember the "remember me" setting itself. Im still giving it one extra star for the fact that it provides me with info about my servers.

Can only log into app once, then it fails to launch again until I clear data and cache. When it hoes survive app restarts, biometrics don't work, I have to fail that a couple times then get kicked to the default web login page, requiring 2fa, and half the time the app dies vhile switching to my 2fa app to get a code.

Do NOT Buy!! Product has basic faults right out of the box. Been using Acronis for years and spike with Mohammed about integrated Cove Backup and Dakota for entire sale. Cove Backup cannot even do a bare metal backup to an external drive. All backups require cloud storage regardless of type. Tray icon took 2 weeks to appear, and there is no ability to search asset management entries (installed software) without a complete json/csv dump. No contact for cancellation, just weekly in progress emails
