Update: well, in addition to still constantly changing where you're connected to without notifying you, it also still silently connects you to other countries without asking. Not viable as a reliable VPN until they can make it behave consistently, and until they fix kill switch. I've had this VPN for most of a year, and the android app has never worked properly. Desktop is generally fine. But I can't recommend paying for something that has literally never worked right, across multiple phones.

They broke the UI. You used to connect with one button press and move on with your life. Now, once you connect, there's an annoying pop-up you have to get rid of it before continuing with the app's other features. Also, I loved the old, small widget. I could tuck it away in the corner of my home screen and tell at a glance if/where I was connected, and (dis)connect from there. The new one takes up too much space to be useful, and the visible part doesn't even fill out the space the widget uses.

Well, has issues & slow. Often "clean Web" not working on Android. Also often have to click "I'm not a bot" with windows. I'm not certain I chose the best VPN. I've had two others before which were Express VPN and HMA. However, I was attempting to save money. Perhaps that did not pay off . Reading these reviews cast a bit of fear in me that maybe I chose the wrong VPN.
