Terrible customer service. The game won't load. The screen goes black and it crashes. MOST of the reviews complain about this problem and support says the "fix" to the problem is to use a device that's android 12 or below. First of all, that does NOT solve the problem. I had an older phone laying around that uses android 8 and it didn't work on it either. SECOND of all, telling every single person to buy a different device ONLY FOR THIS GAME is not a fix and is terrible customer service.

Been playing this game for years. This game has always been glitchy, sometimes it works and sometimes it's doesn't. But now I can't even load the app. I have cleared up storage, deleted apps, cleared cache, un-installed and reinstalled the game but no go. No hope here. The devs write back but for show only. Just to show yeah we care but we are not going to do anything about it. And its pay to win.

Honestly the game is pay to win, but it is playable at least for a little while, but at some point you have to spend money to actually progress, or you can spend days trying to grind, its kinda hard to get characters without spending money especially through events, so I don't recommend unless you want to grind for hours.
