Horribly complicated. You have to have your phone at your side researching poorly written wiki articles to figure out how to do things. This app is not intuitive. Searching for duplicate songs is a tiresome chore. Importing songs can even be needlessly complex. Renaming songs on an album that the database didn't identify is frustrating. My PC version continuously produces error codes forcing you to reboot. I could go on and on, this is a zonk.

Don't even think about syncing with a cable! (I cannot use WiFi because I must use a VPN.) I have Media Monkey Gold. Days of work and headaches and I'm ready to start all over somewhere else. It absolutely won't sync playlists. Ok, so I'll use genre. But even though I tell it to use all genre, most of the time it doesn't. I change a primary tag, re-sync and nope. Deleting by hand sometimes does it. I've got many hundreds of song files. Why is it so hard?!

I have used it for years on laptop and Android. I like that is syncs Windows Media player playlists and files. In some ways it is very customizable but I find it over complicated for a music program. Syncing is terrible, whether you use the wifi or USB. Syncing can ruin hours while you read help forums. My latest failure was Win Defender firewall was reset during an update.
