Stranger In a Strange Land

The Queen should be able to move freely when available; diagonally, straight up, left, right. It's a powerful piece. But this game only allows you to move it one square at a time. Also, a pawn, on its first move should be able to move up one and attack right or left but this game won't allow that.

You are confused with Queen and King, some people call it Prime Minister too. The rule you have said about Pawn is totally wrong. I recommend you to learn Chess first. Try some YouTube tutorial videos. Our methods are up-to-date and follows global standard.

Queen can't move properly be really great if the people who built the app knew the rules of chess. The queen the most powerful piece on the board has been completely restricted

You are messed up with King and Queen. King has cross on head, Most powerful is the the other one. Here is Wikipedia reference: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chess#Movement where you will see it clearly.
