Ratings and reviews

The app blows since the latest update. Having to see an ad before you can see the weather is ridiculous. Color scheme sucks. Layout sucks. Gone is the ten day weather that used to be at the bottom for a quick glance. Also gone is the wind-chill. Really bad move for an app serving the Midwest right as winter begins. Uninstalling what used to be a staple.

WQAD Storm Track 8 Weather. In particular I like the radar which shows past, current and future rain. Settings can be changed to show other types of weather conditions as well. No matter where you live it also has location settings so you can monitor weather in your area if you are travelling or have family or friends that live in another state that are experiencing dangerous weather. I also like the daily weather forecast. Keep the app updated.

The most recent update is absolute garbage. You now have to see ads before you can view the weather, the radar takes 30 seconds to toggle to the most current timeframe (not super great during Thursday's tornado), and the hourly/weekly forecast is hidden. They're more worried now about the app looking like a blog than they are providing the public with the weather. Deleting in favor of another weather app. This one is so bad now.
