This app is not user friendly.. There is no option to cancel orders. On the app if an item is out of stock it turns Grey and you can't click it. Which is good. But when I place my order. Half my items are taken off without any notification. And the support desk is useless. Been waiting forever to talk to someone. Useless.

I have been waiting over 3 hours for my order and still haven't received it. The customer support is also poor cause no one is responding to my calls or messages. I can't even cancel the order or request for a refund cause there is no option for that. I am still waiting for my order til now

Their service is very bad.Their support chat is useless.I needed help as i placed an order and money went out of my account but on their app it still said 'waiting for paymemt" There is no contact number and I send the message to their support chat and no one assisted. I will never use them again
