This is one of the worst delivery apps I've ever used. The UX is awful, the app crashes constantly, and customer support is completely unprofessional. The agents have no idea how to deal with customers, and the delivery drivers are rude. My order arrived over an hour late compared to the delivery time promised in the app. No apology, no update, and no response. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Waited 2 hours for sandwiches 10 minutes away. Sandwiches sat ready at the restaurant for more than an hour waiting for the delivery driver. Driver made many stops before coming to us. Took them 40 minutes to get to us from the restaurant. Took more than 15 minutes to get support on the phone. They just said "it'll be there soon" 45 minutes before the order actually arrived.

The app is technically decent but it could be developed better. for me i find kool better to order from instead ordering from other apps and this because for some reason when i order from kool compared when i order using the other one, Kool orders always well prepared even if it takes longer to arrive.
