It is easy enough to watch ads to get miles. Or if I get lazy, I could do the selection that gives me 50% of the miles. And since I drive for Lyft I've racked up a ton of miles. The big problem I have is that it is extremely difficult to get a gift card. They are available every 12 hours, and even if I get to the exact moment the countdown is done, within that literal second, the gift cards are gone again. So my question to the developers: why should I continue to watch ads for no reward?

There have been some positive changes to the earning opportunities, which I appreciate. 40 miles per trip with a few extra clicks is reasonable, if not as straightforward as it was back when it was just about how far you actually went. At this point, the "miles" currency is a complete misnomer and is meaningless. The redemption process is still one of the least user-friendly I've encountered with any rewards app. It involves a long waits for something you probably won't get before someone else

I used to love this app! I have been using this for about 2 years and it used to be easier to get gift cards. Every time I try to get a Walmart gift card when it says 'available anytime now' and I and up waiting for a long time and it's never available. So I logged out and tried to log in again with Facebook but all I get is a Facebook page saying 'app unavailable' over 8500 points gone. uninstalled, waste of time!
