Quite useful but bonus scheme is flawed... Encourages you to check in daily for rewards with promises of future bonuses at 1 week, etc. I cannot seem to get past two days without it resetting to zero, so a bit of a con there. The stuff comes from Germany and takes at least a week to arrive. If you make a big enough order you may wish to get the safe delivery for an extra £4 which gives you free returns. Doesn't sync up well with its website and the help feature is a robot, no human involvement.

A little clunky, too busy screen. Every time I open the website, play store opens. To be honest it's invasive and annoying. We truly don't need apps for everything especially when they really are an embedded web browser wrapper to obtain more access to phone owners. Rant aside, Autodoc web, or app has a good range of products by different manufacturers at different prices. It's an easy way to get parts, and accessories away from Amazon...

NIGHTMARE! Support hard to contact. This has been a nightmare. first I order wrong headlight because hey show big image of the left headlight I needed and they send the right side headlight. chat support is AI robots. now I made new order for left side headlight and stupid robot char cancelled my new order! plus I had to pay 41e out of own pocket to return first headlight (not even counting wasted day travelling 40miles to get it fitted). Support did call me back in the end. very stressful 😭
