Ratings and reviews

Unreliable. Often does not find ISINs/WKNs that are clearly valid. Gets stuck frequently, i.e. no update to prices/depot status/order book. Touch interface can lead to errors, e.g. a stop order can get changed to a best execution order if one happens to miss the rather small "OK" button when entering the stop and instead taps on blank space (because this makes the app go back to the default setting, best execution). Not a good tool for time-critical activities.

UI is unfriendly and complicated. The very 1st trade resulted in an error "Aktion ist gespert" with no further details. Phone support is helpless i.e. cannot explain the reason of the error but gives stupid tips like reinstall your app or try to use website👎. I gave them 1 week to clarify the error - nothing happened👎. Finally, it turned out that the instruments i was interested in (TQQQ, TMF, URTY, JNUG, etc) are not available to private traders. No info about this in advance. Avoid!

I would immediately fire whole IT department or whoever developed this unreliable, "today I'm not in the mood" app without blinking an eye. Every second day it just freezes without showing real time data, search for options or other derivatives is so limited you can dismiss it and so and on. Pure horror.
