Trash. Why create an app that requires 3 different physical letters to activate, and it still doesn't work. This is how 2 factor authentication should be done: 1) Register for account with Username/Password 2) Confirm phone and email 3) Receive confirmations on one of these when logging in. Done, no need for separate app, pins, puks, that are not things that you will ever remember and need to keep a physical record of. German IT seems to be a good 15 years behind the rest of the world.

keeps closing. cannot be used anymore. OneNote pro 12, all updates installed. (update 2025-12-05 I did get a response to this review, however without contact information. I did contact Comdirect via email with all relevant version information and screenshots, but did not receive a response. so the response to this review does not change my rating and does not help me yet)

Not secure as it forces to enter PIN on my second factor device invalidating the meaning of the second factor. Normal 2FA is setup without logging in to account. You force users to login to account in the app on the same device that is used as a second factor. So all of the credentials are in one place, which makes no sense because then there is no second factor. Limited chars here. Can explain the attack vector to your team if they are interested. Not in generic support ticket.

Hallo Vitalii,
