Once again I don't have access to my account. After app update, I was logged out from the photo tan app, but my activation graphic is not readable anymore. Neither on android nor iphone. Now I have to wait for a letter with a new graphic even though it clearly states on the initial letter that the graphic should be valid without time limit

Hallo Andy, seit Juli 2024 wurden Änderungen im photoTAN-Verfahren vorgenommen, um dieses für unsere Kunden sicherer und einfacher zu machen. Alle zuvor zugestellten Aktivierungsgrafiken können seitdem, entgegen der Beschreibung im Aktivierungsbrief, nicht mehr genutzt werden. Wir danken für dein Verständnis. VG Steffen

Dreadful, waste of time. Un- and reinstalling doesn't make any difference. It doesn't recognise the PIN which I only just installed a short time ago. So I now have to speak to customer service which takes forever to get through. They then have to send a new Aktivierungsgrafik per post. Should you want to deal in the interim, that's too bad. Unless you want to deal by phone which takes forever plus higher fees. Please don't inflict technology on your clients which you can't master yourselves!!

So there's an obvious problem here, can't take a picture of my phone's screen with my phone... You could just add scanning a picture from phone's gallery, or something among those lines. For now, the only way I see is to take a screenshot, send it to a different device, open it there, and scan the photo tan. EDIT: Nevermind, found out that there an app2app method, and the app isn't so bad judging from the looks of it.
