I'm impressed and satisfied with this app. I've had terrible experiences with medical appointments and follow-ups and insurance claims and billing in the past with other hospitals and clinics, and this year 2023 that started with an accident, everything has gone flawlessly without mistakes from UHealth, and this app, OMG! Makes everything easy, transparent and reliable. Every update has something better, I can't wait to see the nexts ideas added to this app. This is true innovation. Thank you!

This app has worked for me for a while until today. I try to open it and it keeps crashing. I think the new change has messed it up. Mine tried to change and it didn't work after that. My husband has it on apple and it works fine. It may be the android app.

The worst app I have on my phone. It is a joke, it just directs you to the webpage where you have to enter your credentials every single time. Also, you actually need it to check in for every visit so every single time I have to stand in the hall for like 5 or 10 minutes just to open the app, navigate the website, enter credentials, and all that with my dominant hand broken. Seriously? Why bother? This app is a joke, just get rid of it, your patients' life will be much easier.
