As long as your app works and doesn't depend on native code, then it works like a charm! One thing to keep in mind and wish there could be a workaround (possibly code pushing where users opt-in to expand support for earlier versions??), is when it updates for new Expo SDK versions, it removes support for earlier versions. As long as you understand those limitations, then this is a great tool for React-Native projects.

It's awesome. But sometimes it has connections problem, when you want to connect to a expo server url (expo server running on windows and both devices are connected to same wifi) but wont load the bundle instead shows a loading and then cannot connect and you have to close the app completely and sometimes even clear the cache.

Using this for a year or so now.. Overall the idea and usefulness of expo is 5/5. Execution of product 3/5. Comments aren't wrong, tons of issues, for me worst is how horrible debug mode is, and how it screws up things even when you turn it off, to the point of needing to Uninst. And install to work again. But many connection issues ppl complain about can be easily solved with a few google searchs and making sure you are connected to same wifi router at home on devices.
