Can't cancel my check in, can't write my name in English, can't see upload my photo from my phone's album, can't instant contact/chat with CS, couldn't see my future flights (even though I already checked in them in your website). Strongly recommend to have the option to secure upload a copy of my passport as a backup method. Too many ads. Thanks

Doesn't work. Par for el al, which is undoubtedly the worst airline we have ever flown, hands down, from anywhere.

Despite having the correct password and username. I am often unable to access this app. It must be upgraded
