Was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I feel like I have been scammed. The customer service representative provided me miss leading/false information to complete a flight booking. Once the booking was complete it was nearly impossible to make contact back with them, a manager was never available and they never returned any request for contact. It is now nearly impossible to make changes to my booking unless I pay a $500 change fee. Do not use this organization, you will regret it.

This is a terrible company. Do not use this app or eSKY. It cost more than buying a regular flight. There is horrible customer service, as I have been working for about 2 weeks get them paid their extra scam fee. It ended up being about $50 more than buying from an airline. This is an absurd hassle and I paided extra for it. I have literally never written a review for anything, but I hope to let as may people as possible know that they should avoid this.

Esky is a scam company. They might give you real flights but you might like me book with them and have your booking cancelled for insignificant documentation even though you contacted them to give the information they required. Then when you try to get ahold of them they don't return emails and their phone is unavailable. I had to rebook last minute through the airline and pay much more.
