Most useless User interface and usability. Not updated. Wherever we go, it asks to add account even after adding it earlier. I can't see my mobile usage details. There's no option to see what's my current plan and balance. I was thinking BSNL might have improved, but it's my mistake. They always take customer for granted. HOPELESS & PATHETIC!

This app is not good when compared to telecom operators such as Jio, Airtel, Idea. The app interface is not good, it's way too advanced. Please make the interface more simple as you have to do a lot to know info. Please improve this app, so it works. Why does a use have to register even though he or she has a BSNL Sim? It does not make Sim. Can't you imply two step verification. Everything is way too advanced and not simple. In Jio only phone number is required. The app asks for a lot of info

I installed the BSNL app hoping for a smooth experience, but it fell short of expectations. Right after installation, the app prompted me for an update. However, when I visited the Play Store, there was no update available. This inconsistency is confusing. Additionally, the app's interface is outdated and not user-friendly. Overall, the BSNL app needs significant improvements in both design and functionality. Thank You
