they say call customer care 1503 for more queries and when we call they just hang up on us when they think it cannot be resolved, obviously I'm talking about the data speed. even though you stay in a district place, the speed is still so slow, it takes time just to deliver a whatsapp text message (not a media). I'm not talking about the app, I'm talking about network speed.

ā ļø Do not use this app for recharges. There is a major issue if you manage multiple accounts. When one accountās plan ends and you try to recharge it through the red top-up/recharge option, the app automatically switches to the first account and applies payment there. If that account already has an active plan, both plans activate at the same time, causing money loss. Customer care simply says, āWe canāt do anything.

BSNL really needs improvement to stay in business. App doesnt serve the purpose correctly. can't download bills. payment takes a day to get updated in app. can't use complaints. always throws some error. more than 10 years using the same bsnl number. sim service always gives disappointment. call drop, my number doesnt exist, cross talk, call can't be placed even in full tower strength, bad voice quality, frequent disconnect.
