Please add the option to upgrade or downgrade WiFi plans across all durations, including monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual plans. Currently, this feature is available only for annual plans, but users would benefit from having flexibility across all subscription types. The previous logo looked classy and refreshing, while the new one feels mismatched. The orange globe with a white arrow doesn’t work well against the app’s which giving an outdated look. There's lot of network issues and whenever I tries to open the app it's always show the notification of update! What's going on , and some recharge they've shown in the list but didn't work at all . I always faced network problems with BSNL card 1 don't know what I'm supposed to do and what's the point of getting stuck with this sim card ,they don't even provide a minimal services to their customers!

I'm being asked to register to view my data usage, but it says my number isn't valid. I’ve already ported it to BSNL and it’s active. Edit:- Tried again with the latest version, but the issue persists. I've never encountered such an incompetent IT team. Instead of fixing critical bugs like this, you’re adding features like selling custom numbers. What's the point of attracting new customers if you can't retain them? Fix this important bug that's affecting daily usage for your customers.
