they say call customer care 1503 for more queries and when we call they just hang up on us when they think it cannot be resolved, obviously I'm talking about the data speed. even though you stay in a district place, the speed is still so slow, it takes time just to deliver a whatsapp text message (not a media). I'm not talking about the app, I'm talking about network speed.

This app is terrible. Nothing works as expected. The home screen shows 0.0 MB left for data even after recharging, signing out, and signing back in. But when I click on 'View Pack', it shows the pack data under active packs. Ideally, the correct information should be shown on the home screen. The details displayed are misleading. Basic things aren't implemented in the app. BSNL, please hire talented developers.

I recharged on 03-03-2026 with the pack of ₹897 but still the outgoing call is not working even though customer care doesn't pick the call, I call them so many times and complain on the app. If they don't receive the call and don't check the complaint, so how can I tell them or they know my problem. And also facing network problems for a long time.
