they say call customer care 1503 for more queries and when we call they just hang up on us when they think it cannot be resolved, obviously I'm talking about the data speed. even though you stay in a district place, the speed is still so slow, it takes time just to deliver a whatsapp text message (not a media). I'm not talking about the app, I'm talking about network speed.

I've used the BSNL Selfcare app in Rajasthan for a year with my BSNL Fiber connection, and it's been frustrating. Every time I try to upgrade my plan, I just get a "Service unavailable, please try again later" error. It's the same issue every single time, and it's disappointing that the app still can't manage a basic plan upgrade after all this time. Overall, it's a poor experience and makes the app almost useless for managing BSNL services.

⚠️ Do not use this app for recharges. There is a major issue if you manage multiple accounts. When one account’s plan ends and you try to recharge it through the red top-up/recharge option, the app automatically switches to the first account and applies payment there. If that account already has an active plan, both plans activate at the same time, causing money loss. Customer care simply says, “We can’t do anything.
