they say call customer care 1503 for more queries and when we call they just hang up on us when they think it cannot be resolved, obviously I'm talking about the data speed. even though you stay in a district place, the speed is still so slow, it takes time just to deliver a whatsapp text message (not a media). I'm not talking about the app, I'm talking about network speed.

Horrible!! couldn't get support from the team as no OTP was received during the login. The app was working previously, and the latest update made it worse. Users should have alternative login options like email login/password etc.

In MY BSNL APP, unbilled usage datails are displayed perfectly for Post Paid Mobile & FTTH. Now you merge that app to Selfcare app. But there is no unbilled usage details menu. Add unbilled usage details menu on this app. I post this on 12-6-24. On 17-7-24 your reply is " usage details available". Where it is. on 2-11-24. I enclosed the Screenshot. to you. Problem exists. 2-12-25 Oct2025 Postpaid mobile bill not yet send to my gmail & also unable to download that bill. 22-5-26 also same problem
