they say call customer care 1503 for more queries and when we call they just hang up on us when they think it cannot be resolved, obviously I'm talking about the data speed. even though you stay in a district place, the speed is still so slow, it takes time just to deliver a whatsapp text message (not a media). I'm not talking about the app, I'm talking about network speed.

Feb 18, 2026 - Absolutely third grade app. Bills are not available forever. When you click 'Pay Bill' app force closes everytime. Registered mobile numbers are never used to retrieve accounts. Even when you are logged in, it asks you to register or sign-in before adding accounts. Poor administration as usual.

I’m extremely frustrated with this app. Every single time I open it, I’m forced to log in again, even if I just used it a few minutes earlier. It’s incredibly inconvenient and defeats the whole purpose of having a mobile app for quick access. The constant re-login issue makes it feel unreliable and poorly optimized. Fixing this basic functionality should be a top priority because right now it’s honestly unusable and a waste of time.
