I had an extremely disappointing experience with this app. The scheduling was consistently unreliable, with every appointment booking being canceled for various reasons. This lack of proper timing and organization caused significant inconvenience and added stress for patients. I do not recommend this app based on my experience.

Till now, my experience was good with the platform. But recently I faced an issue where I got the wrong items delivered. I have complained about 3-4 times over call, sent about 4-5 emails but I am not getting any response. It's been 10 days already pathetic service and customer support from this. I won't recommend using this app to anyone. Also, I started using because my company provide me some benefits, I am going to ask my company to stop partnering with this app, there are multiple options.
