Need to enter log-in details EVERY time you use the app. Seems to pick and choose when you can book appointments/where you can book them for. Turned on option to be informed if earlier appointments become available - you get a message to say there's an earlier appointment but then you open the app and there is no option to take that appointment. Not great. Update: the reply doesn't actually address the points I've made above. I would like to stay logged in, but it logs you out every time.

Thank you, Laura. We recommend staying logged in to the app. Unfortunately, facial recognition and fingerprint are not supported yet to ease the log in process. Early appointment availability is first-come, first-served. Appointments default to nearby facilities and soonest providers. For specific results, please use advanced search or filters.

Too many bugs in the app. It's listed my child as the account owner after the last update and doesn't allow me to fix that as the keyboard never pops up. It sends notifications for earlier appointments, but when you click to book, it asks you to sign in with the phone number but never sends the OTP to it. This is in spite of already being signed in on the app!

The worst app. Tried to search for neurologist could not find I have to fully register and locate myself after long process it asked me to call . Really useless . I will just delete it .. useless
