trying to login from morning won't allow me says 'something is wrong'. Tried the uaepass won't allow tried email says login through uaepass as you already used uaepass to login earlier. Support number doesn't work. Reason I logged out from the application it wasn't showing my appointments. Worthless app with no support. Now I'm not able to view my lab results why cause I can see it only in the app which is not working UPDATE* Issue was fixed. And being using it with no difficulties

I just can't login with my UAE pass, it complains "something went wrong". so it is useless for me, back to phone booking!

2026 - Can't believe this app has a rating of over 4. It's Terrible. It shows doctors as available but won't let you book them. You then have to call to book and they're not available. 2024 - I spent 20 minutes uploading information to make an appointment but was prompted to call them at the end because my 4 year old is registered on my wife's number despite him showing on the app on my phone.
