After last update, app is HORIBLE. Nothing is working properly, it is very difficult to find a doctor, to book an appointment, every time you have to spend a lot of time and patience to get confirmed booking. Photo of doctor is missing in search area, you can not filter by hospital nor town, etc. Very, very, very bad app. Previous one was much easier and simpler.

Generally idea is not bad, but to get an appointment you have to register patient with documents ID on a system which you may not have with you, and which you don't need over the phone. Don't be mislead by main purpose of this app, it is not for improve the customer expirience, but pure cost saving by provider, no need to keep beeg reservation department. All they cost on your time.

Impossible to book an appointment. Despite being logged-in and a registered patient with mediclinic for 6 years, I still need to enter my Emirates ID and insurance card. What a pain. I don't carry these with me most of the time. Total fail. MC have my documents on file, why are they not associated with my login on the app? I just had to call for an appointment in the end. If they want people to book appointments through this app then they need to make less bureaucratic and easier.
