since they "improved" the app it keeps booking appointments as phone consultations no matter what you pick. had to call to ensure they're actually in clinic appointments. also marks existing customers as new so when you show up at hospital reception they ask if it's your first time, doesn't connect the data... just pay someone who knows how to do this, plenty of well functioning hospital tech out there

latest update wiped out all my dependents list. currently i have to add manually/book as guest for my kids. so many hassles. I have contacted customer support to add it by phone call, unfortunately until today the issue still unresolved.

Since the app update my dependents have disappeared, and despite over a month of communication has still not been fixed.
