I love the details and the information about dating and rating such, but I have difficulty on how will the meal planning will helps. Some of the items are not available in our country that's why I have hard time finding some product that will match ours. Moreover, I am satisfied with the outcome. Thank you!

Mhie-mhie Ignacio. The meal planning is just an example of a healthy diet. Basically you can eat whatever you want while doing intermittent fasting 🍽️, but I recomend you to avoid junk and processed food.
