Everytime I qualify for a survey that is 1,200 or higher. Mid survey the screen turns white and I get the refresh circle that just spins continuously. At one point I waited over 15 minutes and it wouldn't move. Then if you back out in anyway there's no saved progress and you lose it all. So if it's a low earning survey you're good if not they freeze it up and boot you. Please don't try and give a lame excuse response. I have done everything your support has asked and nothing has changed.

Decent, but wish they wouldn't pretend to have a play-to-earn ft. Downloaded an ant game and played for a while after initially downloading through this app. Apparently, I can't begin to earn points until I send a photo that somehow proves that I downloaded it through their app (no hint how) as well as my email address (not linked to the game) otherwise I might as well just not. Alternative games simply need permission to see app use on the device (ex:Mistplay) and work properly.

I'm leaving at a 2 star till you fox your survey issue. You can't into them without them crashing, and even if you do and get it done, you'll never receive anything since it crashes before getting back to the main page (I'm using a galaxy s22 ultra on high speed internet) never had a problem with anything else ever. You' the first and only page that doesn't fully work. Edit: If you read what I said, you wouldn't have made the comment... I'm using high-speed internet. 🤦‍♂️😂 3star though
