Please have the store staff read the code/QR code.

Please scan the QR code provided by the store staff yourself.

[Rakuten Point Card]
Please have the store clerk read the barcode displayed on the Rakuten Point Card tab.

Please tell the clerk the type of payment you would like to use and touch the button to pay.

Ratings and reviews

The app keeps breaking down. I can't open it the only solution is to delete and reinstall then after a few days it breaks down again.

Can't get in after update. It just says I've already logged in, takes be back to the login screen when I hit continue, and loops.

Always keeps crashing when trying to sync contacts. Please look into this and patch this issue as soon as possible.
