When using a smartphone with Android version 6.0 or lower, there is a problem in which the user cannot selectively consent to the optional access rights of The Health Insurance mobile app (consent is considered upon installation). Therefore, if possible, the user cannot consent to the optional access rights of the health insurance mobile app. It is recommended that you upgrade your smartphone operating system to Android 6.0 or higher using the software update function. Additionally, even if the operating system is upgraded, the access permissions agreed to in existing apps do not change, so to reset access permissions, you must delete and reinstall the already installed app.
