Really wanted to like Albo as all the highstreet banks in Mexico have such terrible apps and customer service. But Albo is SO glitchy its impossible to trust the company with your money. I've had multiple problems, from expenses not showing correctly to getting error messages when trying to withdraw money, and their customer service is useless (currently I get an error message when even trying to contact customer service- and that's been happening for 5 days!!). Deleting my account

Update 06/04/2020: After update still doesn't recognize passport card. The app itself is pretty good. Problem was with enrolling, the app just wouldn't read my passport card. I spent a day going back and forth with customer service, they kept sending me the same steps to take. I provided screen shots, but they would then request video. I just gave up, it may be promising in the near future after a few updates.

Muy bien. Albo has been great so far and is very easy and convenient. If you don't speak Spanish there is a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it's great. My only request would be to have an English version along with English emails for Gringos using it, and have more options when paying Servicios, for instance, recharging my IAVE card.
