I was approved, then when I went to connect my bank card there was an error. I called, sent and instant message, and could not get through to anyone. I logged back in to see my cash advanced was unapproved. Now I am trying to delete my account and there is no option. DELETE MY ACCOUNT PLEASE. That should be a visible option on your app.

signed up and picked a plan. I tried to apply for advance. Day after day it says come back tomorrow, they have reached their capabilities for that day. App says don't worry if you were unable to apply you won't be charged a subscription fee..Now when I go into app it tells me my subscription payment is delinquent. Not very stoked about this one so far. My opinion is they shouldn't advertise to new clients when they already have too many. Or offer services they can't deliver on.

edit: Told me to call the support line, I've been on hold for 20 minutes. can't even close my account. don't do it, they're just taking your info. Terrible app. customer support takes forever to reply. can't access or do anything because all it says is high demand for days at a time. can't close the account without waiting days. Horrible, please if you arent going to maintain the app just close it, it's just an inconvenience and waste of time
