Two suggestions for improvement. First, rename the app. Your customers are likely to remember that their energy provider is called Genesis and will search for the app on their devices on that basis. Having to remember that the app name has nothing to do with the company name is extra mental load on customers. Second, the dashboard images (of houses etc) are highly pixelated and flicker rapidly on some devices. It's an ugly bug and could even be triggering for epileptics.

for our house hold , I have found Genesis to be costly effective. I love the power shouts because I am able to use the oven and heat pump on those cold wintery nights. Although our power bill can be a bit too high for my liking, I have found that the smooth pay is alot easier to pay for the power rather than trying to pay for it all in one go. I would recommend Genesis to anyone whether it be for gas or electricity.

"we're still gathering data about your usage" for the past 2+ years..... Why include a "feature" (home comparison & usage breakdown) on the main page that doesnt work? Other than that it works to see your bill? Not an overly impressive app to be honest
