Ratings and reviews

Questionable practices by ritual as the discount/credit shows up in the payment preview page during checkout but the credit card keeps getting charged in full. This has been happening for over 6 months now and even multiple email correspondence with the ritual customer care team, this is not solved. I think luring people in to place an order with discounts, showing that discount in the payment preview but finally charging the credit card in full is unacceptable. This continues to happen always.

Basically a day 1 customer but nearly fully abandoned this app. Paying an extra fee for a pickup order is crazy. Adding a badge of "-15%" or whatever amount in savings for the menu IQ is misleading and frustrating when you check the menu and see it's normal price but less than ordering Uber Eats delivery (which nobody using this app for pickup will care about). All the while, the app also rarely has whatever daily specials the restaurants might have.

This is a very great app. Easy and convenient and with it's rewards. I would rate the app higher but their customer service is lacking. Well, it kind of sucks. I requested (2) food cancellation refund requests (for the same order transaction) in Early May and they still haven't gotten back to me. There isn't a number to call as all help requests are through the app. Other than that, it's a very good app but beware that their customer service sucks.
