Card registration is a cinch from any mobile device, and access is secure and protected by multi-factor authentication. You do not have to be a user of our Digital Banking service to use this app since it uses different login credentials.
No personal information is stored on the device.

Ratings and reviews

So bare boned with barely anything in it. Accounts, card locking, notifications settings, FAQ, logout, transactions, travel notifications, terms & conditions, contact, and a lost/stolen are the only things on it, the most barest of the bare. I can't even check how much money I have in my account! I don't know about others, but it seems very important to know how much money I have left in my account. What makes it worse is the balance they show on the second image is fake

Horrible. After losing my phone and since getting a new phone the app no longer recognized my username. No one from member services knows how to fix it are still trying to doubleshoot the problem. Its been two weeks.

Absolutely worst experience. Cannot login with the uid/password used on website prior app. Couple this with a branding choice (Spire - images of lofty positive things happening to my money VS, Blaze -images of them burning my money ) , not a confidence inspiring move. Also this app shares it's framework with Quest the drug testing company .....CIO/EVP of IT saving money at expense of users?
