This app is really, really bad and basically useless. It shows me that invoices and results for exams are available but I can't open them. When trying to send a message to my clinic, I can't choose a subject and it won't let me send it. Every time I close the app it logs me out. When I tried to add my credit card, it charged me one cent and the card didn't show up in the app anyway. You should take some inspiration from the Hospital da Luz app. That one works perfectly.

Very temperamental app. It keeps forgetting my biometric data on a daily basis. The backend is not updated as often as a customer needs, for example when notified by email of a new invoice, the app does not show any for days. Visits I had already been still show up as just checked in for days. Not very useful I am afraid.

Might need to be set in-person at a location if you're foreign; however as a native I can set appointments with my insurance provider considered, I can check-in before I arrive and have my place in line reserved, and even pay through the app. Terrific app. Good job.
