The explore tab of our app gives you the option to buy our best-selling products with exclusive offers on the latest android devices and accessories including Samsung Galaxy S20, wireless headphones, Fit Bits and many more.

Bear in mind that the My O2 app isn’t available for O2 Business customers. And if you use the My O2 app outside of our Europe Zone, data roaming charges may apply.

I am trying to access the myo2 app and priority app. After inserting username and password it states I will receive 2 text messages to the phone with a 6 digit otp. I ask for text to be sent and nothing happens. I am not receiving the text so unable to access either accounts. I called customer service who told me to uninstall and rrjnstall apps followed by switching phone off and on and finally removing and reinserting sim card. None of these havd worked and I'm no further forward - please help

The app could be better to navigate. Sometimes too many things to click on to get to what I need. Also when I want to check extra charges on my bills, it has never been available until after my bills have been produced. Why not let people see what they have spent extra before their bills are produced so they know what extra they are paying for beforehand

Great app but in the last few months it has randomly started opening, whilst doing something else, at a screen saying 'thank you for adjusting your accessibility settings.' Update Oct 24. STILL doing this. Has gotten worse, if anything. (and it popped up whilst typing this...)
