The app works fine. However, there is always room for improvement. Make it easier to see past transactions. I don't like that I see my available overdraft as available cash balance. I would appreciate a faster login eg a pin and/or fingerprint for android. Finally, a lighter app would be nice. It's quite heavy comparing to an average of 30mb that other banking apps use.
1 March 2017, my Galaxy Tab S2 says you have now made the app incompatible... Again...what have you failed to test this time. You need to improve your processes to stop inconveniencing your customers. 19 November 2015 great app until the latest update, now stops every time. Unusable.. Update 4 December Finally seems to be working again. Please improve your testing in future
The App has stopped working on my Android mobile phone 3-4 days ago. I wrote a feedback via Lloyds online feedback form but no one has responded and the App is still not working. I've even tried to delete and reinstall that app, but it hasn't fixed the problem. Lloyds, please fix this ASAP as it causes few conveniences. Thanks
I actually love this app until the past week, it now won't let me or my husband view one of our accounts? Always says technical errors? I can view all of the other accounts so it's very odd. Yet on a laptop on the actual website we can view the break down, so it's the app that has problems. Can you fix this please.
I'm having to write this on my Galaxy S5 as the update is no longer in use on any of the Samsung Tablet range. I get that software changes but now if your older and use a tablet to do your banking due to failing eyesight I'd suggest not using lloyds for this purpose. A once good app busted by the apparent need for progress for no reason.
Pretty good app. I'd like to see notifications in a future update though; at the moment when I receive a payment etc., Lloyds sends me a text to confirm receipt. Why not just have a notification coming from the app itself? Would be a lot cleaner in my opinion.
We’ve had a technical problem rolling out the latest versions of the app on Android tablets. If you’ve already got the app installed, don’t delete it; you should be able to use it as normal soon. If you’ve deleted the app or are trying to install for the first time, we’re aiming to have a version in the app store to fix this by mid March. We’re really sorry for any inconvenience caused.
