The app no longer allows me to process my account. I have tried it on two separate Android devices with the same result, it crashes once I've completed the sign in process. There is clearly a fundamental bug in the app which the most basic of tests would reveal and which should be part of pre-release testing. This is very shoddy work. The app worked after some days and an update. After another update on 17/08/2022, the app no longer works AGAIN!! Lloyds continue to perform to expectations!

Great app for keeping an eye on your account. The deposit cheque bit is useless. It has worked once with 8 cheques. It should allow you to click & take the photo, because 9 times out of 10, it says, move right move lower move higher.. and when you've done all that, it will take a photo of the front of the cheque then goes through the same process for the back and you can see that the photo it is going to take is fine but it will not take the photo. So a trip to an actual bank it is. Pointless 🤬

Makes getting into my account easier, I hope that's a good thing! After using the app for a couple of years I can say it's a great tool. I have linked my card with the local supermarket and with a credit company to help with my credit score. Another great thing is the save the change, which rounds up any shopping I have done and the extra pennies are put into a savings account.
