Ratings and reviews

The rides are reduced for no good reason. Not sure they want to continue the business on this route ( Danesh Sk Lane - Eco Space) or wrapup. I have recharged for the rides and I will lose 25% of my money if i go for refund. Feeling like cheated. Useful App. Has all the necessary options to book, cancel, reschedule the rides. Payment option is also very smooth and never faced any challenges while using from last 3 months.

Although the app is fine, the service is really bad. The shuttles leave the designated stops 5 to 10 minutes earlier than the mentioned time!! Moreover, there is no contact number to call and ask the driver about their location!! Very disappointing and unsatisfactory service!!! If you are booking a ride with Shuttl...be ready to avail a cab too as the shuttl will leave the stop when the driver wants..instead of the time mentioned on the device!!!

Worst experience ever! Please do not book any rides and look for alternative transport. Yesterday I had booked a ride. I had left early by bus. Later when I went to cancel the ride the cancel option was grayed out. With reschedule option also I was unable to cancel the ride. My money was deducted and customer service is not at all co_operative. They are giving policy rules that they cannot refund my money for a ride which I did not board! Worst experience ever!!!! Do not take rides in this app!!
