i really like the up. however i believe it is missing one huge feature. can we plead add the options to enable notificarions? example, one can enable notifications early in the morning or later in the afternoon asking you if you have completed the challenges? 5* will come soon.

this app is extremely beneficial, but if you want a better outcome, here is what I recommend: -each 5 days raise the workout by 15 more reps for squats, pushups, and situps. -Before doing situps, do a practice 1 minute plank. Each 5 days, raise it by 20 seconds. -Take a break after every 5 days for 1 day.
