The BRUGG Safety App enables each employee to report and document safety-critical conditions just using their mobile device, including accidents involving persons, or near misses, faults, damage to property, or other safety-critical incidents.
For this purpose, you may use your mobile device to capture the circumstances quickly and intuitively by means of image, video and audio files and descriptions and to add the location via GPS.
The reports generated by team members will be stored in a common database in the cloud with all information and the status being visible to all persons authorized; the reports may also be output as single pdf files.
The team leader acting as the administrator will invite the team members to a group. Within the team, the responsible persons will be notified and asked to implement the relevant corrective measures.
You may set up several teams or be a member of several teams.
Security-critical documents, videos, photos, or voicemails may be stored and will be available at all times under “Documents”.
The BRUGG Safety App provides an emergency call and man down alarm for persons working alone.
The emergency call numbers may be created individually together with the corresponding emergency notification. In case of an emergency, the emergency call number will be contacted with the notification being reproduced using a synthetic voice.
