Principle excellent. Execution poor. When there are bikes available and you can actually get on them, it's a fantastic service of excellent value for money. I've now made cycling part of my daily commute, making my commute both healthier and quicker. Unfortunately I tend to spend longer trying to unlock or lock a bike than the commute itself. The app is incredibly slow, laggy, or tells me I'm offline when I'm not. Please sort it out! It has the potential to be much better.

App required three restarts to even send me the verification text message, and on my first ride I was erroneously charged the £10 for incorrect storage despite following all the instructions to end my ride. It's clear that support know this is an issue as before I talked to the non bot support person they opened with an apology and that the £10 would be refunded. Very off putting for a first time user and I wont be using again, feels either very inept or very shady

First time using the service, my bike had an annoying clicking sound, my girlfriend's bike the left hand pedal fell off after about 200m down the road!! We took both bikes back to replace with others on the stand. This time mine wouldn't change gear properly and my girlfriend's wouldn't register it had been locked at the end of the ride. The concept is good but the bikes need to be a lot more robust and rust proofed.
